Brought on 1 month before production start, my task was to establish a team that could save a bloated script and get a FX heavy movie ready for shooting and through to the last day of post.

+ Through an innovative story boarding process we were able to save the production an estimated $240,000 keeping the project within its designated $500K budget

+ Crafted a precise estimation process to accurately calculate location day usage within 96% allowing the production to avoid major permitting issues
